Come hear from Commissioner David Chong, who is in charge of the White Plains Department of Public Safety. Before serving in White Plains, Commissioner Chong served more than 20 years in the NYPD as well as the Commissioner of the Mt. Vernon Police Department. Pizza and soda will be provided.
