The Pace Small Business Development Center and the City Bar Justice Center will be bringing you legal professionals who will present on the basics of commercial leasing. They will provide you with key point information on topics ranging from research you should do before deciding on a space, what you should look for in a written lease, selecting an appropriate lease term, and issues that may arise once you’ve signed the lease.
